Dine, Post, and Win – Trip for 2 to Bangkok Promotion
1. Eligibility:
1.1 To participate in the “Dine, Post, and Win – Trip for 2 to Bangkok” promotion, customers must dine in at our restaurant, click a photo during their dining experience, and post the photo on the designated promotion post on our official Facebook page post.
2. Promotion Period:
2.1 The promotion is valid starting from 12th February to 29th February. Entries submitted after the specified period will not be considered.
3. How to Participate:
3.1 To enter, customers must follow these steps:
– Dine in at our restaurant during the promotion period.
– Capture a photo during their dining experience.
– Post the photo on the designated promotion post on our official Facebook page.
– Ensure that the post is set to “public” so that it is visible to us.
4. Winner Selection:
4.1 The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
4.2 The winner will be announced on our official Facebook page on 1st March 2024.
4.3 The decision of the restaurant management is final and binding in all matters related to this promotion.
5. Prize:
5.1 The winner will receive two Round trip economy class airfare on Air Arabia 20 kg + up to 10 kg handbag, 3 Nights accommodation in Bangkok with breakfast. Round trip Bangkok airport transfers.
5.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.
6. Notification of Winner:
6.1 The winner will be notified via Facebook within 7 days of the winner announcement date.
6.2 If the winner does not respond within 21 days of the initial notification, another winner will be selected.
7. Publicity:
7.1 By participating in this promotion, participants agree to allow the restaurant to use their names and submitted photos for promotional purposes without any compensation.
8. General Terms:
8.1 The restaurant reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the rules or is deemed inappropriate.
8.2 The restaurant reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
8.3 Employees and immediate family members of the restaurant are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
9. Data Protection:
9.1 By participating in the promotion, participants agree that the restaurant may collect and use their personal information to conduct the promotion.
